Buhari Renames National Stadium Abuja After MKO Abuja

President Muhammadu Buhari has renamed the National Stadium in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja after MKO Abiola.

The stadium would it be known as Moshood Abiola stadium, Abuja.

Buhari made the pronouncement as a mark of honour to the late winner of the June 12 1993, Presidential election while delivering his 2019 June 12 Democracy Day celebration at the Eagles Square Abuja.
