Buhari, Abba Kyari And Top Presidential Officials Are The Masterminds Of Barrister Allen Onyema’s Ordeal?

Dear Gentlemen of the Press,

Our Profound Fraternal Greetings to you all in the name of Peace, Freedom and Justice for all.

We at the Pan African Movement for Peace, Human Rights and Social Justice (PAMPHRSJ) here convened do hereby state to you that it was with rude shock we received the news of Barrister Allen Ifechukwu Onyema, the Chairman – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AirPeace and the Founder of Foundation of Ethnic Harmony of Nigeria (FEHN) Indictment of bank fraud and money laundering by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).

As it is already enunciated and made potently virile in the public domain since Friday the 22nd of November, 2019, Barrister Allen Onyema has been accused of allegedly moving more than $20 million from Nigeria through United States bank accounts in a scheme involving false documents based on the purchase of airplanes.

Also, Barrister Allen Onyema has been accused amongst other things of corrupting the United States banking system through the use of falsified documents.

Already a warrant of arrest signed by one Justin Anand, an American magistrate of the US District Court of the Northern District of Georgia has been issued against Barrister Allen Onyema, who likely may be extradited to the United States of America to face the charges against him as the United States of America and Nigeria Nation have a mutual legal assistance policy that allows both countries to extradite suspects facing criminal charges.

We the Pan African Movement for Peace, Human Rights and Social Justice (PAMPHRSJ) as a responsible Citizen’s Common Cause Movement, irrevocably committed to the pursuit of Justice in the Interest of Public Good, believes that everyone is equal before the law and that no individual no matter how highly placed is above the law nor should be exempted from the scrutiny of the law.

To this extent therefore, it is our collective position as a Movement that without prejudices and impediments, Barrister Allen Onyema should bath naked but not ashamed in the steaming waters of the law at the Temple of Justice.

We hold that Barrister Allen Onyema should clear his name and prove his innocence. This indeed is the noble and responsible pathway to which he should subscribe.

We can however vouch that Barrister Allen Onyema have no avarice to this call to Integrity, as we know it is consistent with his character and values.

We however, in firm and in unambiguous terms, vehemently oppose and condemn the ongoing deliberate mischief, calculated blackmail, sponsored smear campaign, conspiratory media crucifixion, hasty and premeditated guilty verdict in the court of public opinion on Barrister Allen Onyema even before the commencement his trial in the United States of America by social media agents and aides of the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari led by one Lauretta Onochie.

Laurreta Onochie’s whose contraband patriotism to Nigerianess and proclivity to bootlicking is sourly legendary has been making despicable public statements especially through her twitter handle ‘Laurestar’ that highly suggests that President Muhammadu Buhari, his Chief of Staff Abba Kyari and other top officials of the Presidency have unofficially entered the guilty verdict on Barrister Allen Onyema and are the ones truly behind the travails of Barrister Allen Onyema.

She has unapologetically made it pellucid on behalf of herself and those she is a spokesperson for that she viewed through the lenses of suspicion, mischief and hate, the patriotic gesture and sacrifice of Barrister Allen Onyema rising up to evacuate stranded Nigerians in South Africa in the wake of the Xenophobic attacks.

Lauretta Onochie in a show of contempt and media conviction of Barrister Allen Onyema claimed that he Barrister Allen Onyeama had an ulterior motive when he evacuated stranded Nigerians in South Africa free of charge.

In a series of tweets, the presidential aide said she was not fooled by Barrister Allen Onyema’s “heroism” because she knew something was up, adding that the Air Peace boss knew America had him where they wanted him.

Lauretta Onochie tweeted thus: “When the scales suddenly fall off their eyes, we must give it time because it’s either they are pursuing something or something is pursuing them.

Same Lauretta Onochie, as a Presidential aide for President Muhammadu Buhari speaking as one commissioned to ignite public hate and spread the virus of guilty verdict against Allen Onyema unsubstiantiatedly accused him as one of the plunderers of the Commonwealth of the Niger Delta when she tweeted thus:

‘”Those of us from the Niger Delta who are direct beneficiaries of the sufferings that emanated from the looting of our wealth will tackle them. It’s our war that is being fought. Laws, Nigerian or American go after those who break them … Nigerians are not keen on tales by moonlight. Let him Return to America and face his accusers!”

For a Lauretta Onochie and those she works for in the presidency even the presumption of a suspect being innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubts is a luxury for Barrister Allen Onyema and as such it must be vacated.

The mischievous castigation and casting of aspersions on Barrister Allen Onyema by a Presidential aide strengthens the suspicion in many quarters that the Presidency is deliberately working with Barrister Allen Onyema Business competitors which includes her Western collaborators to set him up, pull him down and frustrate his business efforts.

Lauretta Onochie assertions evidences the growing belief that Persons in the Presidency are actually the ones pulling the sudden Indictment strings of bank fraud and money laundering against an Allen Onyema who has been doing business long enough in America without any blemish.

We have it on good authority that the diarreah of the mouth suffering Lauretta Onochie has been mandated to work with individuals, groups and even imposters like the outlawed Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) to generate and ignite public backlash against Barrister Allen Onyeama so as to quicken the use of their bulldog Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to hound and harass him, force him to resign as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AirPeace for their possible take over of the Airpeace Airline which has been efficiently managed by Barrister Allen Onyeama and has survived beyond their doom expectations.

Only yesterday Thursday the 28th day of November 2019, Barrister Allen Onyeama was a guest to the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and we are watching keenly how this grand scheme of sabotage unfolds.

Gentlemen of the Press, you will recall that only recently, this very last month of October, one Alhaji Nasir Haladu Danu, a very good friend of President Muhammadu Buhari and his Chief of Staff Abba Kyari who is acclaimed to be main financier of the Buhari Media Organization (BMO) and the godfather of Yusuf Buhari who bought him the over 50 million Naira killer power bike was arrested and effectively deported from the Heathrow Airport London to Nigeria over a Maltese Passport racketeering and forgery, as well as his being in possession of over £ 200,000.00 which he did not declare either upon leaving Nigeria or arriving the United Kingdom.

For such a proven crime of forgery and money laundering committed by Alhaji Nasir Haladu Danu, an alleged oil deal front for the President’s wife Aisha Buhari, he is not facing any prosecution nor sitting in jail, neither has the Presidential bulldog of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) invited him nor set up or planning to set up any special committee to investigate him nor the source of his wealth. He walks a free man enjoying the spoils of being a kingpin in corridors of power.

Sadly, the scavenging and hypocritical Lauretta Onochie never twitted about this proven crime of forgery and money laundering committed by a very close associate of the Presidency, she did not suspect nor condemn this ”heroic” malfeasance, she became mute, deaf and dumb, turning the blind eye, she never remembered that corruption was fighting back nor that corruption is an associate of puritican President Muhammadu Buhari.

Lauretta Onochie, the shit eating El – Rufai’s bingo could not bark at the nepotic masquerades of corruption gyrating at the Palatial Presidential Palace of selective justice and corruption.

Permit us to ask at this point these pertinent questions, Is it possible for Lauretta Onochie a pugnacious Presidential aide to speak and express strong public views on burning national issues without the clearance, and authority of President Muhammadu Buhari or the Presidency to whom she is an aide?

Again we ask, Isn’t Lauretta Onochie as a Presidential aide on Social Media, the express image who reflects the views and mindset of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Presidency on Social Media platforms?

Is it not therefore trite to conclude that when a President Muhammadu Buhari Presidential aide on Social Media expresses public views on National Issues without rebuttal from President Muhammadu Buhari nor the Presidency that those public views are that of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Presidency?

In view of the forgoing is there any controversy to hold that President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari and top Presidential officials are the masterminds of Barrister Allen Onyeama’s Ordeal?

May we ask indignantly, what manner of President or Presidency conducts public media trial and pass the guilty verdict on it’s citizen who is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt at a trial yet magnifies nepotism by protecting a proven criminal from the long arm of the Law?

We ask why is President Muhammadu Buhari protecting Alhaji Nasir Haladu Danu a proven international fraudster and money launderer and yet pulling strings to have Barrister Allen Onyeama embarrassed and ridiculed before the World in the United States of America where he enjoys so much goodwill?

Could the Igboness of Barrister Allen Onyeama a foremost Nigerian entrepreneuring brand to the world be factor?

Is it a crime to be an Igbo Man in Nigeria? Is there any strategic onslaught against successful Igbo businessmen in a Nigeria under Muhammadu Buhari? Are the Igbo people endangered species that must be exterminated? Is the Nigerian Civil War still on?

Is Lauretta Onochie a supposedly Igbo woman acting the Pharaoh’s taskmaster’s script to destroy a fellow Igbo man who is still presumed innocent by serving the Interest of these powerful forces in the Presidency?

Who is afraid of Barrister Allen Onyema and his rising positive profile?

Is President Muhammadu Buhari proving naysayers to be right when they stated that the ‘Indeed the Nigerian Presidency under President Muhammadu Buhari is like a huge enclave of armed robbers and that that it is only members that are on the wrong side of the Presidency that are labeled and prosecuted? “

We have too many questions begging for answers.

We therefore call on all men of good conscience to join us call on President Muhammadu Buhari and the Presidency to show to us good cause why the Presidency and its key actors should be exonerated from this macabre dance and shame of a Nation.

We demand that President Muhammadu Buhari and the Presidency must immediately rise up and do all that is necessary through diplomatic initiatives to protect and defend Barrister Allen Onyema our thriving entrepreneuring brand to the from needless witch hunting.

Barrister Allen Onyema unlike many Nigerians choose to invest his money in Nigeria and not outside the country and it will be decollating the entrepreneuring spirit of other Nigerians who intends to invest in Nigeria, if the Allen Onyema’s harassment and intimidation treatment is what they will get.

The idea of Internal colluders and their western conspirators eliminating and crumbling competitors businesses through set up and deliberate mischief must never be given Presidential Seal by President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Presidency.

The Nigerian Government must never allow Barrister Allen Onyema to be embarrassed and ridiculed like a common criminal before the global community nor made to feel like a nationless homeless despite his outstanding contributions to making Nigeria and Africa a global pride.

Futhermore, we call on sponsored individuals and organizations like the outlawed Movement for the Emancipation of Nigeria Delta (MEND) to refrain from further merchantile activities of maligning the person of Barrister Allen Onyema and Kingsley Kuku, while we agree that there is so much hunger in the land, the lure to superfluity of nothingness and profanity of Esau should not be attraction. Today even kidagateens know that Gbomo Jomo is a facade, a non existent personae, so introducing its name to score below the belt points in attempt to give credence to the sponsored smear campaign on Barrister Allen Onyema is dead on arrival.

We find unamusing the clowning of court jesters of calling Henry Okah and Charles Okah true heroes of the Niger Delta Struggle when indeed they were merchants of death who brought so much sorrow, tears and bloodshed to the Niger Delta People.

The dubious use of Barrister Allen Onyema ordeal to gain public attention is a show of infantile rascality. We know that they are yet to forgive Barrister Allen Onyema for his Peace Advocacy in the Niger Delta as his Peace advocacy it did bring to a sudden decline their trade of death.

Finally, we at the Pan African Movement for Peace, Human Rights and Social Justice (PAMHRSJ) join over Ten Million African Youths to stand in abiding faith with the quintessential Peace Plenipotentiary and one of Africa’s finest global Citizen, Barrister Allen Ifechukwu Onyeama, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AirPeace and Founder, Foundation of Ethnic Harmony of Nigeria (FEHN).

Barrister Allen Onyema to millions of Nigerian, Youths and Young Adults is a profound good man, Patriotic Citizen and outstanding bright star who did for Nigeria what Nigeria Government could not do for its Citizen when he evacuated stranded Nigerians from South Africa in the wake of the recent Xenophobic attacks.

We understand that many dubious cronies and proxies of the Nigerian Presidency were sour vexed as his sacrificial gesture did do damage to their intentions of using the pains of stranded Nigerians in South Africa for making ill gotten money.

For those who also are scared stiff about the rising profile of Barrister Allen Onyema especially with his recent receiving of global commendation and standing ovation at the floor of the House of Representative at the Nigerian National Assembly, we wish to state that there are no reasons to be scared as we do know that Barrister Allen Onyeama do not have any political ambition, he is not a threat to any body political ambition.

Barrister Allen Onyema’s facilitation and contribution to one of the most successful Disarmament, Demobilization, Rehabilitation and Reorientation (DDRR) program in Africa through the Presidential Amnesty Program of the Nigerian Government made him a rare breed in Nigeria and has endeared him to millions of Young People whose destines he has helped rescued and whose lives he has given purpose.

His Scholarship programs and philanthropy is matchless as he has touched the lives of the downtrodden more than most politicians in high places like the Presidency.

His contribution to help solve conflicts between the Benue Government and the Meyetti Allah has made him the friends of Northern and Middle belt Youths.

We are therefore resolved to mobilize millions of Nigerian and African Youths to march the streets of Africa in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, South Africa amongst other places to solidarize and stand with Barrister Allen Onyema.

Barrister Allen Onyema is a star of the first magnitude and we shall not allow for anyone and any Government to pull him down.

He is a Man of Honour, he cannot be horrored, He is a Man of Peace and cannot be pieced.

He shall overcome as the Universe is on the side of Justice.
