‎Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Public Communication, Daniel Bwala, has argued that the biggest beneficiaries of the Tinubu administration’s policies are low-income Nigerians.

‎Speaking during an appearance on Arise Television’s Prime Time on Tuesday, Bwala pointed to programmes such as the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) initiative, and healthcare interventions as examples of policies designed to improve the lives of ordinary citizens.

‎According to him, more than one million students have benefited from NELFUND, helping many young Nigerians who might otherwise struggle to access higher education. He also said the government’s push for CNG-powered transportation is already making a difference, although many citizens are calling for greater investment in the sector.

‎Bwala further highlighted healthcare measures, including support for cesarean sections and subsidies for dialysis treatment, describing them as initiatives that primarily serve less privileged Nigerians.

‎He maintained that the direct impact of the Tinubu administration’s policies is being felt most by poor citizens, arguing that the programmes are targeted at addressing the needs of everyday Nigerians rather than the wealthy.
