The political landscape of Delta North is experiencing a seismic shift as Senator Ned Nwoko, a key political figure in the region, consolidates his presence within the All Progressives Congress (APC).

His recent visit to Agbor was met with enthusiasm as party faithful and stakeholders gathered in large numbers to welcome him and discuss the future of the party in the region.

The senator’s defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC has sparked a wave of political realignment, bolstering the party’s grassroots mobilization efforts. Addressing the gathering, Nwoko emphasized the need for unity and a collective approach toward driving developmental projects that would benefit Delta North.

“My decision to join the APC is rooted in my unwavering commitment to ensuring the rapid development of Delta North. We need stronger federal representation and a platform that will bring real change to our people,” he stated.

The meeting, attended by prominent party leaders, traditional rulers, and community stakeholders, focused on key areas such as infrastructure development, education, economic empowerment, and strengthening the APC’s foothold in Delta North. Stakeholders applauded Nwoko’s vision and pledged their full support in mobilizing grassroots participation.

With expectations high, Nwoko’s growing influence in Delta North is seen as a game-changer for the APC, setting the stage for a stronger political presence and impactful governance in the district.

His ongoing engagements suggest that a new era of political and economic transformation is on the horizon for the people of Delta North.
