“People are frustrated over the non-arrival of INEC officials and materials as at 12.30pm today”, one voter said.

INEC Electoral Officer in Warri, Delta State, Mr. Kingsley Ogboe had earlier told journalists the delay in sorting and distribution in the council area, was stemmed from late arrival of political parties agents for each polling units.

He said that sorting started since 5:30am but polling units agents came late in the morning hence the delay to dispatch the materials out.

Ogboe noted that Warri South is large, one reason distribution is taking time, he added.
