SAD: Popular Sports Writer And El-Kanemi ex-Media Officer, Tony Obaseki, Is Dead

Tony Obaseki, a popular sports journalist and former Media Officer of El-Kanemi Warriors, is dead.

BIGPEN reports Obaseki who suffered stroke some months ago and was almost getting better, reportedly died on Sunday morning at undisclosed hospital in Udu, Delta State, a family source disclosed.

Delta State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Mr. Michael Ikeogwu, also confirmed his passage to newsmen on Sunday morning.
