BREAKING: Ajayi, Ondo Deputy Gov Serves Impeachment Notice – 14 Lawmakers Signed, 9 Against It

14 out of 26 house members of the Ondo State House of Assembly have served Mr. Agboola Ajayi, embattled deputy governor of Ondo impeachment notice.

The Assembly which met under tight security have allegedly accused Ajayi of gross misconduct among other offences.

However, BIGPEN learnt that nine members of the Assembly have dissociated themselves from the purported impeachment moves.

This was contained in a joint letter written to the Speaker on Tuesday afternoon.

The lawmakers against the impeachment hinged their decision on personal convictions.
