Another 108 Test Positive For COVID-19 In Nigeria

Another set of 108 coronavirus (COVID-19) tests have come out positive.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, confirmed Thursday night that the 108 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in eight states including the Federal Capital Territory.

The increase, which is the highest daily outcome so far was recorded as follows: 78 in Lagos, 14 in FCT, 5 in Ogun, 4 in Gombe, 3 Borno, 2 in Akwa Ibom, 1 in Kwara, 1 in Plateau state, its index case.

“As at 11:30 pm 23rd April, there are 981 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Discharged: 197 Deaths: 31”, NCDC said.
