BREAKING: Fmr NNS Delta Boss, FOC Rear Adm. Garba Is Dead

Former Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), Central Naval Command and erstwhile Commanding Officer of Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS Delta), Rear Admiral Muhammed S. Garba, is dead.

BIGPEN understands Rear Admiral Garba, died on Tuesday at Gwagwalada Hospital, Abuja, Nigeria Capital.

A family source who confirmed the development on Wednesday night, disclosed that the former naval chief died after a brief illness and has since been buried according to Muslim rites.

Until he retired in 2017, Rear Adm. Garba was the FOC’s, Central Naval Command comprises Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Kogi and Anambra.
