BREAKING: A’court Upholds Erue As Delta APC Chairman, Nullifies Minority Judgment

The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin, Edo state capital on Friday upheld Prophet Jones Ode Erue as the authentic Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Delta State.

BIGPEN ONLINE reports that the court also nullified the minority judgement of the Federal High Court Asaba which earlier proclaimed Chief Cyril Ogodo as chairman of the party and nullified nominations of candidates produced by Erue State executive committee of the party.
