JUST IN: INEC Adjourns Collation Of Governorship Results In Delta

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has announced the adjournment of collation of governorship election results in Delta State to tomorrow Monday 11, March, 2019.

The collation centre will be open tomorrow morning at 9:am, REC Dr. Omorogbe said as he announced the adjournment.

BIGPEN ONLINE reports that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has won 18 LGAs of the 19 already declared by INEC. APC won one.

Only six local government councils are remaining for the new Governor-elect to be declared by INEC.

The results of the six LGAs are yet to arrived the INEC collation centre, according to State collation officer, Prof. Serth Accra Jaja.

Prof Jaja who presided over the announcement by the various LGA collation officers will do the final declaration of the winner after collating all the results of LGAs
