Leader of the APC mainstream in Delta State, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor has felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari for his reelection in the just concluded Saturday’s presidential election.

Emerhor in a statement personally signed said that the reelection of President Buhari was an endorsement of the APC 2019 #nextlevel mantra.

He wrote: “I write on behalf of the Mainstream of APC in Delta State to congratulate our APC Presidential Candidate and now President-Elect, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, for his landslide victory in the just concluded February 23rd 2019 presidential elections. We had no doubt that your victory was sure and well deserved in view of your visible monumental achievements in your first four years!

“We heartily congratulate you and hereby pledge our continuing support for you to accomplish your mission of taking Nigeria to the next level of progress and development.

“I also must thank Nigerians for voting to move the country forward and giving our dear President FOUR MORE YEARS to consolidate on the foundational achievements of his first four year. We APC Mainstream in Delta State are particularly grateful that Nigerians choose progress over moving backwards, and have by their votes affirmed the direction that President Buhari is taking our dear country.

“Nigerians should be assured that our President will continue to do right by them and will deliver on his promises to the nation.

“I take this opportunity to congratulate and thank members of the Mainstream of APC in Delta State for their hardwork and determination to deliver our President in this election despite all odds!

“In particular, allow me to congratulate especially the over 4000 recruited BUHARI CANVASSERS, their Director General, Coordinators, Monitors and party leaders who provided them tactical support! As you can see, your efforts at canvassing and monitoring and protecting the vote on Election Day have paid off!

“I’m most grateful that following my ardent call to duty and the launching of the BUHARI CANVASSERS DOOR TO DOOR PROGRAMME on February 9, 2019, you invaded Delta State to bring out the votes for our dear President. Indeed, even though we didn’t achieve our projected target of 400,000 votes, the 221,292 votes achieved represent a first in Delta State.

“At last, Delta State APC has shown that it is on ground and cannot carry last. We are proud and elated to have contributed over 25% to the reelection of our President away from our 2015 performance.

“I say a big congratulation to you all for your doggedness, and rising up to be counted for our President. You have done well. You delivered Mr President in Delta State. Congratulations!
