“The Congress resolve further that all Olorogun Emerhor desire now is massive grassroots support which we promised will give him 100%.

“On the controversy surrounding the application and the massive fraud that has be-deviled the implementation of the 13 percent Derivation Funds leading to outright mismanagement and embezzlement of over N8trillion in the past eighteen years, the Congress therefore resolved that in the spirit of fighting the huge Corruption cankeworm in the Country, the Federal Government must stop forthwith further allocation of 13 percent Derivation Funds to the Governors of the Oil/Gas bearing States of the Federation and instead pay the Fund directly to the Presidential /State Implementation Committees as currently proposed by the Host Communities of Nigeria (HOSCON)”.
