Warri South Council Boss Reflects On Message Of Peace @Easter

Hon. Michael Tidi, Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, has admonished the people of the council area and Deltans to reflect on the essence of the Easter celebration with a view to spreading the message of divine love, peace and oneness.

He made this call in a statement released on Saturday to mark the Easter celebration.

According to Tidi, Easter celebration should be a time for people to sustain existing peace around the world, pointing out that only peace can guarantee development and attract investors to the state.

While wishing the people of Warri South Local Government Area a joyous Easter celebration, the council chairman, he disclosed that the Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa will on Tuesday April 3 and Wednesday April 4th paid a working visit to Warri South Local Government Area.

During the visit, he said, the governor will inspect as well as commission ongoing /completed projects executed by the state government in the local government area on Tuesday April 3, as well as hold a town hall meeting with people of the council area on Wednesday April 4 at Federal Government College Warri Main Hall by 10:00am.
