Gov Okowa Reconstitutes PPE Board, Named Christiana Etaluka As Chairman
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has approved the reconstitution of the Delta State Post Primary Education Board (PPEB).
The Governor appointed Chief (Mrs). Christiana Etaluku as Chairman of the reconstituted board.
BigPen Online recalls the former chairman of the board, Sir Patrick Akporuno, a protege of former Secretary to Delta state Government, Comrade Ovouzorie Macaulay was sacked even before the expiration of the statutory team of the former board.
In a statement on Tuesday however, Secretary to the State Government, Mr Festus Ovie Agas said that members of the new Board as approved by the Governor are Chief Mrs. Christiana Etaluku (Chairman), Mrs. Ifeoma O. Agbomah, (Member) and Dr. Henry Offa (Member).
The appointments are with immediate effect.
