We’ll Deliver Tinubu, Omo-Agege As A Collective Project – Delta APC Chieftain, Ayiri Emami

Chief Ayiri Emami, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress Party (APC) in Delta state, has said the emergence of the presidential candidate of the party, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ovie Omo-Agege as governor in the state in 2023 would be a collective project which will be executed with all efforts by their teeming supporters in the state.

www.bigpenngr.com reports that Emami spoke on Thursday when he played host to Elder Godsday Orubebe, the former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and Director General of Ovie Omo-Agege gubernatorial campaign committee at his Ubeji residence.

He said that Tinubu whom he said was also an illustrious son of Delta being an inlaw to the Itsekiris would surely emergence victory in next year’s presidential election.

According to him, while they are already working vigorously for the actualization of the Asiwaju’s project, they would leave no stone upturned for the Omo-Agege’s project.

Specifically, he expressed optimism that APC would dethrone the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) by voting massively for the Gubernatorial candidate of the party, Ovie Omo-Agege, who is the Deputy President of the Senate.

The APC chieftain however stressed the need for unity of purpose amongst all the ethnic nationalities in the state to ensure the elections of Tinubu and Omo-Agege noting that the presidential candidate is an inlaw of Delta State while Omo-Agege has united the party in the state more than ever before.

Chief Emami promised to work with Elder Orubebe in achieving the target goals by making available his teeming supporters to serve in any capacity to ensure that the party win the 2023 elections.

In his remarks, Prince Yemi Emiko, who is an associate of Emami and chieftain of the party, while eulogizing Elder Orubebe political wizardry, said it was not a coincidence that he was made the Director General of Ovie Omo-Agege gubernatorial campaign committee having held political positions at the state and national levels in the past.

Emiko commended Ovie Omo-Agege for the unity that now prevail in APC in the state noting ” Ovie Omo-Agege is a leader. He has been able to put the party structure in the state intact without the usual wrangling that bedeviled the party in the past”.

Speaking, Elder Orubebe, while appreciating the leadership qualities of Chief Emami, said he had to pay him the visit knowing that he has been a consistent member and leader of APC since he joined the party.

He solicited for more support and collaboration to ensure that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ovie Omo-Agege emerged during 2023 elections.

“It is our project. We will do everything to ensure that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ovie Omo-Agege as well as other candidates win their elections in the state next year”, he assured.
