Omo-Agege Set To Launch Fresh Petition Against Ibori, Uduaghan, Okowa Over High Profile Fraud In Delta State

Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has bestirred himself to launch fresh petition against successive governments in the oil rich Delta state starting from 1999 till date.
Omo-Agege’s aide, Mr. Henry Efe Duke dropped the hint in his Facebook page, calling on Deltans from all walks of life to get ready for the battle ahead.
According to him, the petition which would be sent to anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC would query the award of various projects during the period under review.
He said that the petition intended to probe the controversial Independent Power Plant, IPP, project awarded during former governor, Chief James Ibori’s tenure, the proposed Warri Industrial Park project, Oleri Park project awarded under Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan’s tenure and the recent partial sale of Delta Line Transport Services Limited by incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Okowa among others.
