Oborevwori Celebrates James Manager at 66, Commends Decades of Service to Delta, Nigeria
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has felicitated with former Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District, James Ebiowou Manager, on the occasion of his 66th birthday, describing him as an accomplished statesman whose years of public service have left a lasting impact on Delta State and Nigeria.
