Isoko North Chair Congratulates Ashakah for Clinching APC Assembly Ticket
The chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Godwin Ogorugba, Wednesday congratulated Maro Orobosa Ashakah on his victory at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Delta State house of Assembly, primary for the Isoko North constituency, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a congratulatory message, personally signed by Ogorugba, he described Ashaka’s emergence as a reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in him by the people and party stakeholders and urged the APC flag bearer to remain humble, focused, and committed to carrying everyone along as the party prepares for the general elections.
“I warmly congratulate Engr. Orobosa Ashaka on his emergence as the APC candidate for the Delta State House of Assembly, Isoko North Constituency. This victory is not just personal, but a responsibility entrusted to him by the people. I encourage him to work closely with everyone, including those who contested alongside him and later stepped down in support of his aspiration, so that together we can move the party forward in unity.”
Ogorugba also commended the people of Isoko North for their peaceful conduct throughout the party primaries, noting that their maturity and commitment to peace were commendable.
The council chairman called for greater unity and cooperation among party members as the APC prepares for the 2027 general elections, expressing confidence that a united front would deliver victory for the party.
Ogorugba prayed for wisdom, strength, and success for all APC candidates who have emerged so far, while reaffirming his continued commitment to the ideals, growth, and aspirations of the party.
