Oborevwori Announces Minor Cabinet Reshuffle, Nominates ex-SSG as DELSU Council Member

The Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Elder Sheriff Oborevwori has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle, announcing a former Secretary to the State Government, Sir Destus Ovie Agas as member of Governing Council of the Delta State University, Abraka.

The announcement contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Kingsley Eze Emu, said that the redeployment of the Commissioners is with immediate effect.

The statement said that Engr.Michael Ifeanyi Anoka is hereby deployed from Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal to Ministry of Energy.

While Mrs. Rose Ezewu was deployed from the Ministry of Secondary Education to Ministry of Primary Education, her counterparts in the Ministry of Primary Education, Dr.Kingsley Ashibuogwu was transferred to Ministry of Secondary Education.

The governor, also approved the nomination of the following persons into the Governing Council of the Delta State University,Abraka, namely: Rt. Hon Festus Ovie Agas, Rt. Hon Frank Enekorogha and Charles Ajuyah (SAN).

The statement further added that the inauguration of the Governing Council members will be announced in due course.
