EMUOBOH GBAGI, LET’S SEE HOW FAR YOU’LL GO WITH PAYING POLICE TO HARRASS ME, BY ZIK GBEMRE

On 4th December, 2025 Emuoboh Gbagi brought Nigerian Police officers from office of the NPF National Cybercrime Centre Abuja headed by CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry to invade my home in Iwhrekan, Ughelli South LGA, Delta state.

The mission was to arrest me and wife. The perceived offense was daring to condemn Emuoboh’s desperation to monopolise Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi’s estates, his wealth in isolation of other children of the former minister following his passing.

Emuoboh must be feeling bold, tough, but he’s actually being delusional, so foolhardy for thinking he could do what governments and public institutions have not been able to do, to intimidate or rubbish me with unjustified arrest.

I’m stating the truth, nothing but the truth as it were, regarding Emuoboh’s desperation to hijack the inheritance that should be fairly shared among Gbagi’s children.

No amount of intimidation by the NPF Cybercrime Centre Abuja headed by CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry will stop me from telling the truth as it is.
The Police National Cybercrime Centre Abuja shouldn’t allow themselves to be used by depraved people.

I stand by all I’ve said about the Gbagi’s Family and I challenge Emuoboh to prove me wrong that he’s not Kenneth Gbagi’s first son. I challenge Emuoboh Gbagi who is the 3rd eldest son of Kenneth Gbagi to prove me wrong.

Five women gave birth to Kenneth Gbagi. In Urhoboland it is called ‘gates’. Which means Kenneth Gbagi had children/child from women also known as ‘gates’ in Urhoboland.

When Urhobo man dies his properties are shared among the ‘gates’. According to Urhobo and Ughievwen culture, customs and traditions the properties of late Urhobo man are shared equally among the ‘gates’. In Urhoboland there is no illegal child unless proven wrong by DNA test. Every child is legal.

A child born by a concubine, lover, girlfriend is legal like the child born by a wife.

‘Osen’ means a concubine or lover but the children have equal rights with the children/child of a wife. ‘OMOSEN’ is child born by a concubine, lover, girlfriend and they have equal rights with the children/child born by a wife.

When an Urhobo man dies the surviving wife lives in the home of the husband until he passes and can be buried in the compound of his husband if her customs and traditions allow it. The family has no lawful right to evict the wife from the homes of her husband.

It is an abomination and taboo for a wife who is no longer in marriage to be brought to homes of his former husband
after passing since she didn’t reconcile when his husband was alive.

Even if the only surviving wife doesn’t have any child for his husband but was married according to native laws and customs, the family of the husband after his passing can’t evict the wife from the homes of the late husband. She will remain there till she passes.

Emuoboh Gbagi can’t prove that he is not the 3rd son of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagj. George Gbagi is the first child and son of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, Michael Gbagi is the second child and son of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi. Emuoboh Gbagi is the 3rd son of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi.

I challenge Emuoboh Gbagi to make himself and his mother’s children available for DNA test as requested by George Gbagi and Michael Gbagi, and they have said and affirmed they (George and Michael) will make themselves available for DNA test including all Kenneth Gbagi’s children to know biological status of all Kenneth Gbagi’s children.

Aghogho Gbagi who is based in US from another woman making it the 5th ‘gate’ of Kenneth Gbagi.

The Kenneth Gbagi’s ‘gates’ are:
George,
Michael,
Emuoboh,
Aghogho,
Gbayoro.

Gbayoro is the youngest child of Kenneth Gbagi and named after Kenneth Gbagi’s mother. Kenneth Gbagi so much loved Gbayoro when he was alive. Gbayoro accompanied Kenneth Gbagi to the UK for his last trip without her mother few days before Kenneth Gbagi passed.

Kenneth Gbagi’s surviving brothers and sisters from same father and mother (womb) are:

Hope,
Maiden,
Egalton,
Charity.

Kenneth Gbagi’s brother of same mother(womb) but not same father is Stephen who is based in America.
All Kenneth Gbagi’s brothers and sisters of same father and mother know that George is the first child and son of Kenneth Gbagi, Michael is the second child and son of Kenneth Gbagi, Emuoboh is the 3rd son of Kenneth Gbagi.

Those who doubt me should go and verify from Kenneth Gbagi’s bothers and sisters of same mother and father.

An online response on my write-up on my advice to Gbagi’s family, goes, “I have read your write up on Chief Kenneth Gbagi family ,,,the family of Chief Kenneth Gbagi need to do the right thing to avoid ancestral anger … thanks for that exposition Sir … Miguor Sir”.

Another response on my write-up: “I hope these people are not going to bring a huge curse on the Gbagi family. Faith is old enough to know the Ughievwen and Urhobo customs and tradition in matters like this especially.”

Another online response,
“Truth is bitter but it must be told . Migwo sir”.

I advise all Urhobo and Ughievwen elders to join me to tell Emuoboh Gbagi the bitter truth on Urhobo and Ughievwen tradition and customs on how to share properties of a late man who had children/child from many women who died intestate.

Kenneth Gbagi was my close Ughievwen and Urhobo younger brother who always called me his elder brother when he was alive and I can’t shy away from the bitter truth no matter who and what is involved. Emuoboh is the 3rd son of Kenneth Gbagi and I challenge him to prove me wrong.

I advise Emuoboh Gbagi and all Gbagi children including George Gbagi and Michael Gbagi to do DNA test to prove their paternal blood status with Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi if they doubt paternal status of any of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi’s children.

For Emuoboh Gbagi to be parading himself as first son of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi is not enough. Emuoboh should show scientific evidence to prove that George and Michael are not Gbagi’s first and second son respectively.

Emuoboh should remove his mother from Gbagi’s homes and go hire house for his mother, Evelyn. The Gbagi family should go and bring back Mrs Justice Sybil Gbagi to Gbagi’s homes as the only surviving wife of Kenneth Gbagi before he passed and she should be given her due rights as Kenneth Gbagi’s only surviving wife before Kenneth Gbagi passed.

The only wife Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi told me he had before he passed is Hon Justice Sybil Gbagi.

Emuoboh Gbagi’s mother, Evelyn was no longer Kenneth’s wife before Kenneth Gbagi passed. Evelyn, Emuoboh’s mother was married to a white man, Mr Turner Darryl in US. Can Urhobo man marry a woman with two husbands at the same time?

If elders refuse to say the truth in Urhoboland they will be tormented by ghosts of ancestors. I will continue to say it as it is no matter who and what is involved. Emuoboh Gbagi should call self to order if other elders, Clergymen of Ughievwen and Okobaro of Ughievwen refuse to call him to order.

It is only the truth that shall set you free. Elders should take their roles in society by standing for the truth

The NPF National Cybercrime Centre headed by CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry should concentrate on how to fight cyber fraud, track and recover ransoms being paid by families of victims to bandits, Boko Haram, kidnappers rather than dabbling into inheritance family matters of Kenneth Gbagi that are already in appropriate law courts: Delta Probate High Court Asaba, Delta High Court Warri and Appeal Court in Asaba with suit number W267/2024, CA/AS/227/2025,
DTHC/ASB/CV76/2025.

How can the police fight insecurity while they are occupied with fabricated offences of cyberstalking, cyber bullying, cyber intimidation, breach of the peace offences.

Nigerian Police and military are overwhelmed with insecurity that is drawing attention of world leaders like Donald Trump and Nigerian Police are not bothered.

No amount of intimidation by the police will stop my advocacy on the truth. What I have stated about Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi’s family is the truth and nothing but the truth.

Has Nigerians forgotten how famed and prominent Nigerians like Anthony Enahoro, Tai Solarin, Beko Ransome Kuti, Gani Fawehinmi, Frank Ovie Kokori, Wole Soyinka, Abraham Adesanya, Ebitu Ukiwe, Alani Akirinade, Tanko Umar, Alex Ibru, Ayo Adebanjo, Ayo Opadokun, Ndubuisi Kanu, Bola Tinubu, Balarabe Musa, Alfred Rewane, Kudirat Abiola, while some notable Nigerians like Michael Akpobome Egi, Daniel Obaro, Ralph Obiorah and others based in US were actively involved in the struggle to ensure democracy was installed and freedom of speech, freedom of the press is guaranteed?

So Nigerians must resist all draconian laws as it were under the military regime of Gen Sani Abacha. It is sad Nigerians under the administration of Tinubu’s led APC administration are witnessing how the Nigerian police are used by few individuals to harass and intimidate Nigerians for civil matters with all kinds of fabricated offences of cyberstalking, cyber bullying, cyber intimidation, cyber defamation, breach of peace to cow Nigerians from speaking truth to power.

Has Nigerian police forgotten how chief security officer of Abacha, Hamza Al-Mustapha was harassing, intimidating and killing critics that made prominent Nigerians go on exile in foreign countries?

The intervention of Hashimu Argungu, chairman of police service commission and some prominent Nigerians in Abuja saved the situation and asked the NPF Cybercrime Centre Abuja officers to return to Abuja without delay and that was how they left my premises in Iwhrekan Town in Ughelli South LG on 4th December 2025.

Under the Obasanjo’s military regime Fela ‘Anikulapo’ Ransome Kuti fought the military hands down and his house was burnt and aged mother, Funmilayo Ransome Kuti,a prominent Nigerian nationalist was thrown down from upstairs when soldiers invaded and burnt Kuti’s family house in Lagos.

Nigeria shouldn’t return to these evil days of draconian laws. Tinubu’s APC led administration must get rid of all draconian laws that are anti-freedom of speech, anti-freedom of press, anti-rule of law, anti-democracy.

Tinubu must direct the Nigerian police to concentrate on fighting insecurity and stop dabbling into civil matters like land dispute, family inheritance disputes, etc. There are alot of Nigerian police officers lagging behind.

The Nigerian police should update and upgrade selves to fight insecurity rather than being interested in fabricated offences of cyberstalking, cyber bullying, intimidation, breach of peace.

Police performance is not about AK-47,March pass parade, climbing of hills. It is about strategy, intelligence gathering and using sophisticated facilities to fight insecurity.

The popular job of Nigerian police in this era is indiscriminate arrest of Nigerians on civil matters, motorists extortions, bail money and involvement in land dispute matters or charge to court with fabricated offences of breach of peace, cyber bullying, cyber intimidation, cyberstalking, cyber defamation which are anti-democracy.
The Nigerian police has forgotten the dark military days of Abacha and his chief security officer, Hamza al-Mustapha

The NPF National Cybercrime Centre Abuja headed by CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry as director is always intimidating innocent Nigerians with their cyber stalking, cyber intimidation, breach of peace.
