‘They Want Me Down’: Isoko Billionaire Danmotech Opens Up on Attacks Over Philanthropy
…Narrates how he overcomes DSS petitions, others
Chief Daniel Omoyibo, popularly known as Danmotech, a renowned Isoko-based business tycoon, has opened up about the challenges he has faced due to his philanthropic gestures.
BIGPEN NIGERIA (https//bigpenngr.com) reports that despite his generosity, Danmotech has been subjected to spiritual attacks, false accusations, and petitions to the Department of State Security (DSS).
“I know what I am passing through because of the message God sent me,” Danmotech said during His Majesty Anthony Williams Ovrawah Omogha I, the Odiologbo of Oleh Kingdom’s church thanksgiving ceremony at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, where he donated N50 million to the church building project.
“People are ready to bring me down because of what I am doing”, he said.
Danmotech recounted how he was falsely accused of being a ritualist after losing his wife, and how he has been petitioned to the DSS multiple times, with allegations of being an oil bunkerer.
He emphasized that God has genuinely blessed him, and that no one can comprehend the extent of his blessings.
“When I lost my wife, people were saying it is a money ritual. After 2000 then 2001, they say Danmotech is a bunkerer, they called me all sorts of names but What they don’t know is that the way God blesses me is beyond human comprehension.
“I am not a politician, and I hate politics with passion because it is a game of deceit,” Danmotech stated.
“I will continue to do what God has sent me to do, and I will not be deterred by false accusations and spiritual attacks.”
The hotelier, said that unknown to people that despite how God has richly blessed him, he still feels the brunt of the economy, particularly the epileptic power supply problem in the country, saying that he spent so much running his hotel plant with diesel.
He, however said that come 2031, Isoko would be liberated by been able to produce a governor for the state, vowing that nothing would stop the Isokos from taking it turn at Government House in Asaba.
“”Come 2031 it is not negotiable, Isoko for governor whether they like it or not that’s what will happen. This land must be liberated. If this land is not liberated, our children yet unborn will curse us.
“So I am begging everybody and I am pleading that my heart is breeding for Isoko. If I have 10 problems, 8 problems are for Isoko seek”, he said.
He said that despite the negativity people say about him, he take solace in praising God at his quite time to be able to achieve the mission God has sent him to accomplish.
“I always praise God and sometimes when I sit down at my own convenience I will start singing…(I never know you will honour me this way x2) When the problems become much, because I have no companion, my wife is no more there I will sit down and render more praises.
Danmotech’s philanthropic efforts have been focused on empowering his people in Isoko land, and has remains committed to his mission despite the challenges he faces.
