PHOTOS: Ganduje, Keyamo, Others Formally Receive Senator Nwoko Into APC Fold At Party’s Nat. Secretariat

National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, on Wednesday formally received Senator Ned Nwoko at the party’s national Secretariat following the announcement of his official defection into the party on the floor of the senate.

Senator Nwoko who was led to meet the national chairman of the party by Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Hon. Festus Keyamo SAN, who had earlier welcomed him, was accompanied by Senator Joel Onowakpo-Thomas and Senator Ede Dafinone, his colleague from Delta South and Central Senatorial District respectively.

The brief presentation ceremony officiated by Keyamo was attended by all members of the National Working committee (NWC)!and other notable figures including Stella Okotete, former national women leader of the party and the Delta North senatorial Chairman of APC.

In a statement by the minister’s media team, Hon. Keyamo said: “This development marks a new chapter in Senator Nwoko’s political journey, and his membership in the APC is expected to significantly impact the party’s policies and direction in the coming years.

“The coming of Senator Ned Nwoko into the party would be of great advantage to the party in future elections.”
