This meeting comes on the heels of President Tinubu’s departure from New Delhi, India.

Special Adviser to the President
(Media & Publicity), Chief Ajuri Ngelale, who disclosed this in a statement on September 10, 2023, said that the discussion aims to continue the dialogue on key matters within the bilateral relationship that began during a recent visit by the UAE Ambassador to the Nigerian State House in Abuja.

President Tinubu plans to address ongoing bilateral concerns and leverage this stopover as a chance to further his investment promotion agenda with UAE’s high-ranking authorities from both the government and business sectors.

This follows a successful investment campaign during the G-20 Summit, where the President actively participated. After this productive stopover in the UAE, President Tinubu is scheduled to immediately return to Abuja following the bilateral talks, the statement said.
