BREAKING: Oborevwori Appoints NNPP Guber Candidate, Agbi, Ogboru’s, Clark’s Sons, Others As Advisers

The Delta State Government has announced Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s appointment of the former governorship candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Engr. Goodnews Agbi, as Special Adviser.

BIGPEN NIGERIA (https;//bigpenngr.com) reports that the governor also appointed the sons of Chief Edwin Clark and Chief Great Ogboru as Advisers.

The appointment was contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Kingsley Emu on Monday.

Ogboru’s son, Michael, a lawyer was the House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for Ethiope Federal Constituency in the last general elections.

Clark’s son, Ebikeme who also made the list was a former Burutu Council Chairman.

Others appointed as Special Advisers to the Governor are; Hon. Barr. Charles Whomrowho Oniyere, Mr. Sylvester Oromoni, Hon. Shedrack Ekene Rapu, Dr. Donald Onyibe Peterson, Hon. Peter Uviejitobor and Chief Nath Azuka Igbadi.

The statement read, “It is hereby announced for the information of the general public particularly Deltans, that the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O Oborevwori has approved the appointment of the following persons as Special Advisers.

“The date for the swearing-in of the Special Advisers will be announced in due course.”, the statement added.
