‘I’ve No Jobs To Offer’ In Chevron – ex-Oil Firm Staff, Odhegolo Raises Alarm Over Scammers Using His Name

A former Logistics Manager at Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production Ltd, Engr. Henry Odhegolo, has raised the alarm of suspected job scammers reportedly using his name to defraud unsuspecting job seekers.

www.bigpenngr.com reports that  Odhegolo raised the alarm following rumours making the round that he was offering Chevron’s jobs to people.

Maintaining that he has retired from the company since 2013, Odhegolo said that he is not offering jobs to the general public in Chevron, warning the general public to beware of scammers using his name to scammed people.

In his words; “I Engr. Henry Odhegolo,  wishes to inform the general public particularly job seekers that, I am not giving jobs to people in Chevron.

“Though I was a Chevron staff, which I have long ago served faithfully and retired since 2013. I am appealing to the general public and job seekers to beware of fraudsters using my name to defraud people.

“I am by this notice, informing the general public and drawing the attention of the Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies, that any job seeker who fall into the hands of those fraudsters is at his/her own risk. Any member of the public who by any means received call from anyone pretending to be Engr. Henry Odhegolo, should report to the nearest police station”, Engr Odhegolo stated.

He however condemned in strong terms those who are always in a hurry in sending money to people by mere phone calls all in the name of seeking for jobs without proper investigation.
