Okowa Makes Fresh Appointment To State Exco

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, has appointed four persons into the State Executive Council as Special Advisers.

The appointment was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief Patrick Ukah on Thursday.
