Recalls, the social media was on Monday awashed with claims that the Nigerian Police Zone ‘5’ headquarters, Benin City, had declared two sons of the late Olu, Ogiame Ikenwoli wanted over the reported missing items in the palace.

Reports say both Prince Oyowoli Emiko and Prince Omatsuli Emiko who are two sons of the late Olu of Warri were declared wanted by the police after a separate warrant of arrest was issued against them by the Federal High Court in Benin, Edo State.

Both Prince Oyowoli and Prince Omatsuli, who were leaving at the palace as at the time of the attack couldn’t have invaded it with intent to steal as was dubiously planted in the media, one source said.

A video recording obtained by this medium from a source who craved anonymity, showed how the palace was ransacked by the invaders who threatened to kill Prince Oyowoli who tried to resist them.

A transcribed version of the tape showed that before the said invasion, Prince Oyowoli had telephoned an unknown person that some people were trying to break into the palace.
