BREAKING: Court Grants All 12 Igboho’s Men Bail In The Sum Of N5m, N10m
The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted N5 million and N10 million bail respectively to all 12 associates of pro-Yoruba agitator Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Igboho.
BIGPENNGR reports Igboho who facing prosecution over violation of immigration laws in the Republic of Benin after he was arrested while trying to escape from Nigeria to Germany, have 12 of his men in DSS Custody in Nigeria after a raid on his Ibadan home.
Ruling on their bail application on Wednesday, Justice Obiora Egwuatu granted the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th defendants bail in the sum of N5 million each by two sureties who must be residents of the FCT.
The court, however granted N10 million naira bail each to the other four persons which the DSS describe as ‘key supporters’ of the Oduduwa Republic campaigner, namely Amudat Babatunde, Okoyemi Tajudeen, Abideen Shittu and Jamiu Noah Oyetunji.
