BREAKING: Senator Peter Nwaoboshi Joins APC, Meets Buhari At Villa
Senate Peter Nwaoboshi has joined the All Progressive Congress, barely few days after he was suspended by the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), in Delta State.
BIGPENNGR reports that Nwaoboshi was suspended few days ago by State Working Committee of the PDP in Delta following his recent seething attacks on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
But on Friday, the senator was seen in company of APC leaders at the presidential villa where he met with President Buhari.
“Sen. Nwaoboshi, representing Delta North District, Delta State, was presented to President Buhari and National Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) at the State House by Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege.
“The Deputy Senate President said Senator Nwaoboshi’s decision to join the APC clearly shows that the effort of the CECPC was yielding fruit. “The Senator was warmly welcomed by party members.”
