The ex-AGF will surely have his days in court, the anti-graft agency said in a statement on Thursday.

BIGPEN Online understands that Adoke is being prosecuted over the “Malabu scandal” in which Eni and Shell are accused of handing out bribes during the 2011 purchase of OPL245, an offshore oil block, for $1.3 billion.
