Two Repressentatives of Process and Industrial Development, P&ID in Nigeria, Mohammed Kuchazi and Adamu Usman, arraigned by the EFCC before Justice Inyang Ekwo of a Fed High Court, Abuja plead “guilty” to charges of fraud and tax evasion.

The two representatives (pictured below) convicted today were charged along with P&ID incorporated in British Virgin Island and were also accused of lying in the “Gas Supply and Processing Agreement” that they had land from the Cross River State Government in 2010 for gas supply, which led to P&ID $9.6bn judgement.

The pictures of the duo were released on Thursday by the EFCC after their conviction and subsequent court winding up of P&ID operations in Nigeria.
