Ogor Retains Reps Seat After Polling 34,000 Votes

Leo Ogor, House of representatives Minority Leader and Isoko Federal constituency lawmaker has coast home to vctory after polling 34,000 votes cast.

Ogor beats his arc challenger, Joel Onowakpo Thomas of the APC in the keenly contested election which was declared by INEC’s Returning Officer, Dr. Edwin Asikadi of the Federal College of Education Technical, (FCET) Asaba.

According to the returning officer, Onowakpo polled 23,553 votes.

With the reelection, Ogor would be a fifth term lawmaker in the green chamber in the next dispensation.
