Ahead of the 2019 general elections, a Pro-Buhari group under the auspices of Delta Rescue Mission for Buhari, DRM4PMB, has taken former vice president and PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to the cleaners.

DRM4PMB Director-General, Mr. Martins Ahweyevu Mukoro Esq, in a statement in Warri obtained by BigPen Online on Friday, described Atiku as a “celebrated corrupt man” who “we cannot replace with integrity”

“We cannot replace a plate that is not clean enough with a broken plate. We cannot replace integrity with celebrated corruption.

“We must free Nigeria from the barred fangs of the self acclaimed owners of Nigeria who are already in coma because of their absence from Aso Rock for just over three years.

“We must say No, emphatic No at the polls to those whose only occupation and life line for survival is preying on the resources Nigeria and masquerading as presidential candidate of the party that led Nigeria to its kneels and who failed in their blind ambition to rule Nigeria for 60 years.”

The group in partnership with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political Matters and a good governance advocacy Civil Society Organization, also said President Muhammadu Buhari deserved to be reelected just as it called on well meaning Nigerians to stop Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for daring to take Country back to Egypt.

“The DRM calls on all well meaning Nigerians who wish the Country well, who know that the sacrifice of transformation being currently undertaken by the PMB Government in the necessary foundation for Nigeria to break away from the miserable path of economic dependence on a monoculture economy to the blissful era of economic sufficiency and multiple income regime to stand up to be counted and stop the onslaught of that candidate who want to return us to Egypt. Let us have the courage to cross the desert to the promised land.”

The group noted that there have been attempts by detractors to discredit the achievements of the President especially in the transformation of the Country with a view to mislead the electorates.

The group said President Muhammadu Buhari completed all projects inherited by the past administration irrespective of how they were started.

He added that President Muhammadu Buhari also stabilized the economy and delivered same from the relatively primitive hands of a few individuals.

DRM4PMB is well resourced by its grand patron, Dr. Otive Igbuzo, a political strategist and Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

One of the targets of DRM4PMB is to reach the nooks and crannies of Delta State with the slogan “Vote Buhari Again” a positive message of numerous achievement of PMB.
