Presidency source said that said apart from the issue being the sole item on the agenda of the meeting, the governors equally endorsed the position of Buhari on Oshiomhole.

Our source said, “The President called this meeting with the APC governors to ask them to back Oshiomhole’s candidature. That’s the purpose of the meeting. And that is the President’s position.”
