A local cannon fired at a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rally in Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State has killed one Jerry Ojugbeli, a driver to the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi. The incident happened when the cannon was fired to ushered in Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to the campaign rally.
