The Delta State Government has debunked media reports that suggest major construction companies are exiting the state as a result of "harsh working conditions", saying reputable companies that have track records of quality project delivery like CCECC, Sectraco and Levante are very much on ground executing several projects across the State. Former Delta State Governor, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan has dismissed allegations that he was in cold war with incumbent Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano over some failed deals. A Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Maitama, Wednesday, vacated an earlier ex-parte order freezing the Paris Club Refund Account of Delta State Government over consultancy row with Mauritz Walton Nig.
