Police Arrest Eight Persons Suspected Of Kidnapping Chibok Schoolgirls

The Nigerian Police has arrested eight persons suspected to have taken part in the kidnap of the 276 Chibok schoolgirls in Borno state and have been paraded in Maiduguri, the state capital. According to ChannelTv, the eight suspected Boko Haram terrorists who are among 22 persons paraded, were said to have been arrested by operatives of the Inspector General’s Intelligence Response Team (IGP’s IRT) in Borno, Adamawa and other adjoining communities. Meanwhile, the suspects are alleged to have masterminded over 50 suicide bomb attacks within Maiduguri and Adamawa. Again, they (suspects) also launched several other attacks leading to the death of thousands of Nigerians. Delta Police Command Allay Fears Of Boko Haram Invasion Of Asaba, Sapele

The Delta State Police Command has dismissed rumours making the round that over 2000 members of Boko Haram were already in Asaba, as part of the agenda to Islamize Nigeria.
