Delta PDP Counters Alleged Sack Of Aniocha North PDP LGA Chair, Says He’s Still In Charge

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Delta State chapter has dismissed alleged removal of the Chairman of Aniocha North Chapter of the party, Prince Victor Egbune. BigPen Online recalls that Egbune who was slammed with a vote of no confidence, was sacked over alleged misconduct, incompetence, misappropriation of party funds, fictionalisation of the party, among other allegations. His purported removal was signed by 10 out of 14 members of the LGA Executive Committee of the party who earlier passed a vote of no confidence on him and notified the state Chairman of the party about it.   The Aniocha North Local Government Area chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sacked its chairman, Prince Victor Egbune few days after he led the passage of vote of confidence on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and few others. Egbune who was slammed with a vote of no confidence, was sacked over alleged misconduct, incompetence, misappropriation of party funds, fictionalisation of the party, among other alleged offences. DSS Operatives Kill Another Don Waney’s Killer Squad Leader, Agulegbu In Delta

  Operatives of Department of State Services, has reportedly shot dead a notorious cultist and kidnap linchpin, Augustine Agulegbu, in Delta state. Agulegbu was a protege of Don Waney’s killer squad known as ‘The Red Squad’ and was the second-in-command to Emenike, the leader of the squad. It was learnt that personnel of the Department of State Services, had trailed Agulegbu, also known as Nana, to one of his hideouts located along the New Sapele Road, Obiaruku in Ukwani LGA of Delta State, before he was shot. It was gathered that the deceased was until his death the sixth-in-command to the slain Don Waney. As at press time, the Senate was unable to commence sitting as smoke from the fire has taken over the entrance of the Red Chambers. However, efforts were on to put off the fire, while senators stood outside waiting for it to subside for plenary to commence.
